Payment terms

  • Free preview first: you see your site before you pay anything.
  • 50% deposit to start, 50% balance on launch, before the site goes live on your domain.
  • You own your domain. It’s always registered in your business name. A .co.za domain is included for the first year; from year two the renewal is about R110 a year, at cost.
  • Once everything is paid, the site design and content are yours.
  • Work starts once the deposit is paid and we have your content.
  • EFT (no fee) or card via a payment link. Prices in rand, no VAT added (we’re not VAT-registered).

Questions we get asked

Are the businesses in your portfolio real?

No. They’re concept designs we created to show our style.

Do I pay anything before I see my site?

No. The preview is always free. If you like it, you pick a package and pay a 50% deposit to start; the other 50% is due on launch, before the site goes live on your domain.

How much does it cost?

Starter is R2,999, Business R4,999 and Premium R8,999, once-off. Optional Care plans are R299 or R449 a month. No VAT is added.

How long does it take?

3 working days for Starter, 5 for Business and 10 for Premium, counted from the day we have your deposit and your content (photos, hours, prices).

Who owns the domain and the site?

You do. Your domain is always registered in your business name, and the first year of a .co.za is included. Once everything is paid, the site design and content are yours.

Do I need a Care plan?

No, it’s optional. Care Basic (R299/month) covers hosting, SSL, uptime checks, domain renewal handling, a monthly contact-form check and up to 30 minutes of small edits a month. Care Plus (R449/month) adds up to 90 minutes of edits, a monthly Google Business Profile post, a short monthly report and a 1-working-day response time. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.

I already have a Facebook page. Do I need a website?

Facebook is great for updates, but a website gives people searching on Google one clear place for your services, hours, phone number and location.

Will my site work on phones?

Yes. We design for phones first, with big buttons to call, WhatsApp or get directions.

What do I need to give you?

Your business details, services, hours and prices and, if you have them, a few photos and your logo. Premium includes full copywriting, so we write all the text for you.
